Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and, where applicable, in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
Please note that personalized or custom-made products (including products with custom name tags or other customizations) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us at info@printixie.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled until they have been fulfilled (prepared for shipment). Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. If your order includes personalized or custom-made items, production may begin shortly after your order is placed, which may limit cancellation options.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@printixie.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund for the purchase price of the returned product will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
